These classes will be based around each of the sports fundamental building blocks. These classes are great for everyone from people new to the martial art style, returning students that may want a refresher, or even experienced fighters looking to master their craft or work specific fundamentals. These classes are an introduction to each specific martial arts, and their techniques. Our Boxing/Kickboxing/ Muay Thai, Fundamentals classes are designed for students of ALL ages(10+). Mouthguards are required as there will be contact. We simulate in fight situations to better prepare our bodies and minds for battle.
